Seafood Watch Program Member

As a member in good standing of the Monterey Bay Aquarium's Seafood Watch Program,

we have made a sincere commitment to responsible and sustainable fishing practices

in the Monterey Bay. By following the three major tenets of the program, we are doing

our part to help better our environment.

Montrio Bistro pledges to:

- Serve no seafood found on the red "Avoid" list of the Seafood Watch Buyer's Guide.

(Updated each year in January and July)

- Communicate our commitment by training our staff to provide information about

sustainable seafood and by spreading the word with colleagues and others.

- Use our talents to prepare dishes using seafood on the green "Best Choices"

list of the Seafood Watch Buyer's Guide.
